Hays County Courthouse

Last weekend, we went to San Marcos, Texas and took a minute to stop by the County Courthouse. My intent was to get a picture of the flags flying in the breeze, framed by the exterior of the courthouse. There was one small problem with this scenario: No wind.
You can see in the photo there was not a breath of wind that morning. The flags aren’t moving even a little bit. I waited, but still nothing.
You still get a photo of the Hays County Courthouse and flags, but the flags aren’t flying in the breeze. Maybe next time.
