Half-staffed flags

A photo reminder of what not to do, on half-staff flag days. Remember, when the U.S. flag is flown at half-staff, all the other flags are lowered to half-staff, too.
The next scheduled half-staff flag day is December 7—National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day.
Surprising how my gut reacted to seeing such a ‘wrong’ image.
Or in interwebs speak: “Half-staff: you’re doin’ it wrong.”
I’ll just assume the people standing under the flags are in the middle of lowering them all, and haven’t gotten to the state flags.
I know Dave—it makes me crazy.
